Only $5 to enter and $5 to use the pool. Sometimes can be a bit rocky at mid-tide level. It has some large grassy areas, some Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and benches, barbecues and hot coal disposal buckets, nice restrooms/changing rooms, and an excellent cement pier for fishing with cleaning station. Great place for parties. Nice pool. There is free admission to the parking for the 4th of July weekend. Not much in the way of hiking.

Great park - especially for a county park. Perfect for a picnic/bbq party with friends and family. Nice pool for kids to splash around in. Not good as a lap pool - more of a rec pool. Don't expect to go on intense hikes - they don’t have many. Beach has a sand pit for kids - but no real wading area. There are lots of people fishing off of the pier, since there is seemingly no need for a licence when it’s just off the pier. I loved it-they have great views next to their picnic areas.

Had the most amazing time. Chose this spot for our annual family picnic this year and everyone just loved the surroundings. The park opens at 7am, we arrived at 8.30, and set up our spot. You can take your own grill if you don’t want to use theirs. There are no rules with where you can do the  bbq, as long as you know what you’re doing. There’s a $10 entry in the weekend and holidays, and $5 monday through friday. There’s also a swimming pool which is $5 per person. We had a 2 and 1 year old whose admission was free but the 7 year was charged. There’s a tennis court which is first come first serve. The two volleyball courts come with huge picnic areas, which if is reserved, goes to the people who reserved it. Overall it’s an amazing place. I loved it and so did my family.
